A right to work check is required for all applicants.
Requirements and process to validate an applicant’s right to work varies according to the applicant’s nationality.

Please note:

  • An Indefinite Leave to Remain stamp in an expired passport cannot be accepted as valid proof of Right to Work

  • Some Visas restrict the number of hours or type of work the applicant can do.

  • All ID documents will be verified using the services of YOTI (UK-certified Identity Services Provider)

* Since 6 April 2022, a Biometric Residence Permit card is no longer acceptable proof of Right to Work in the UK. All individuals that hold of RP or BRC are required to evidence their RTW using the Home Office Portal
